Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of tele sales or direct sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred, providing a foundational understanding of sales principles.
• Fluency in English is essential, while additional language skills can be a significant advantage in diverse markets.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors, is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, allowing for effective handling of customer objections and concerns.
