Tele Sales Executive
Job description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, effectively communicating product benefits and features to drive interest.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and ensure follow-up actions are logged and prioritized.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through persuasive communication and strategic selling techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and maintain awareness of industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns that enhance sales efforts.
- Continually enhance product knowledge to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to refine sales skills and adapt to evolving market conditions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred to ensure a strong foundational knowledge.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required, while proficiency in additional languages can be a significant advantage.
- Strong technical skills with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently manage sales processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a variety of clients.
