Job description
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, effectively communicating product benefits and features to drive interest.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and ensure follow-up actions are logged and prioritized.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through persuasive communication and strategic selling techniques.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and maintain awareness of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns that enhance sales efforts.
  • Continually enhance product knowledge to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to refine sales skills and adapt to evolving market conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred to ensure a strong foundational knowledge.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required, while proficiency in additional languages can be a significant advantage.
  • Strong technical skills with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently manage sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a variety of clients.
