Job description

A Tele Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales primarily through telephone and other remote communication channels. They act as a key point of contact between a company and its potential or existing customers, promoting products or services, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. The success of a Tele Sales Representative relies on excellent communication, persuasion, product knowledge, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential customers based on predefined criteria, determining their needs and level of interest.
  2. Product/Service Presentation: Effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company's products or services to prospects.
  3. Sales Closing: Persuading qualified prospects to make a purchase or commit to the next stage of the sales process.
  4. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  5. CRM Management: Accurately recording and updating customer information, sales activities, and progress in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  6. Following Up: Nurturing leads and following up with prospects to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 6 Months
  2. Nationality: Philippines
  3. Qualification: Any Graduation
  4. Customer Service and Good Communication Skills
