Job Responsibilities
Conduct targeted outbound calls to engage potential clients, effectively communicating product benefits tailored to their needs.
Proactively reach out to potential banking clients through cold calling, ensuring a robust pipeline of leads for banking products.
Conduct thorough needs analysis during calls to tailor banking solutions that meet the specific financial goals of clients.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and client feedback.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on outreach methods and refine pitches based on market trends and client responses.
Provide clients with comprehensive information on banking products, including loans, credit cards, and investment options.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, nurturing them to increase conversion rates into actual sales.
Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling pitch scripts that resonate with diverse audience segments.
Identify and qualify potential leads through diligent research, ensuring a robust pipeline for sales opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to articulate unique selling propositions confidently.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, demonstrating a proven track record in lead generation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant coursework in sales and marketing is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or direct sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Experience in dealing with diverse clients, showcasing adaptability in communication styles and sales approaches.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages can be an advantage in diverse markets.
Strong technical skills in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client data and sales reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust over the phone.
Prior experience in a fast-paced industry, such as technology or finance, is preferred to understand market dynamics.
Fluency in English and Arabic language is highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
