Tele marketing Executive

Micah Solutions FZE is looking for a motivated and dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our client in the Events and Marketing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, introducing our services, and generating leads. Your exceptional communication skills and persuasive abilities will play a vital role in driving sales and contributing to our business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads.
2. Maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved in the CRM system.
3. Provide high-quality customer service and address any inquiries from prospective clients.
4. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
5. Assist in developing and refining telemarketing scripts and strategies to enhance effectiveness.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate our value proposition.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
2. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
7. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is advantageous.
2. High School diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
