IT ERP Functional Consultant - Oracle Supply Chain & Procurement

Job Purpose:
The primary function of the Senior Oracle Functional Consultant Supply Chain & Procurement role is to effectively deliver/implement Oracle SC & Procurement modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud, in order to provide an integrated information system solution to Businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, the Oracle Consultant will provide expertise and knowledge in the Oracle Fusion SC & Procurement Cloud module and R12 e-Business suite.
2. Responsible for modules: Oracle Supply Chain modules, which include Procurement, Sourcing, iSupplier, Inventory, Project & Service Contracts, Payables and iProcurement modules.
3. Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation.
4. Identify functionality gaps in Oracle SC modules and build solutions & extensions for them.
5. Facilitate business by Testing, Troubleshooting and providing Post Go live Support.
6. Assist Business Users in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.
7. Facilitate and assist business for smooth financial periods closing.
8. Load and validate opening balances, master data and backlogs data to production for rollout companies.
9. Must have exposure to the following modules for seamless integration of business processes: Financials - General Ledger, Payables, Order Mgt, Receivables, Property Mgt.
10. Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
11. Responsible for developing and adhering to engagement team project standards to ensure the delivery of quality deliverables.
12. Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".
13. Develops and documents, know-how, controls, and capabilities within the Oracle ERP.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, IT or any related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in designing, developing, testing, implementing, supporting and providing integrated solutions in various industries.
3. Should have at least 3 full cycle implementations with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion modules.
