Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Techno-Functional Business Analyst with expertise in Digital Wealth Platforms to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring seamless digital transformation for wealth management solutions. This is an onsite, long-term opportunity with a leading financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
2. Design and implement digital wealth management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
4. Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Support system integration, UAT, and deployment activities.
6. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance platform capabilities.
8. Provide training and support to end users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst in Digital Wealth Platforms, WealthTech, or FinTech.
2. Strong understanding of wealth management products (Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, etc.).
3. Experience working with digital platforms, robo-advisors, and portfolio management tools.
4. Proficiency in business analysis frameworks, requirement gathering, and documentation.
5. Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data flow modeling.
6. Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
7. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in wealth management firms, banks, or financial institutions.
2. Certifications like CBAP, CFA, or FRM will be a plus.
3. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to wealth management.
