Technicians Cum driver

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Drive various types of vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport materials and equipment to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules to comply with industry standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to assist in equipment setup and troubleshooting during on-site assignments.
• Ensure all deliveries and pickups are executed efficiently, adhering to timelines and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on project statuses and vehicle conditions.
• Handle emergency repairs and roadside assistance when necessary, demonstrating quick problem-solving skills.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are securely stored during transit.
• Stay updated with local traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry advancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; additional certifications for larger vehicles is a plus.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for vehicle troubleshooting and repairs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with various automotive systems and components.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and tools.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage in diverse environments.
