Job Description:
Prepare all required materials and reagents for TIL isolation and expansion in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Maintain inventory and ensure timely availability of laboratory supplies.
Coordinate sample preparation and logistics for transporting clinical specimens from the hospital to the GMP laboratory.
Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and chain-of-custody compliance.
Perform peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) isolation using standardized protocols.
Document procedures and maintain accurate records of processes.
Conduct cell culture techniques for the expansion of TILs in a GMP-compliant environment.
Monitor cell growth, viability, and sterility during the culture process.
Prepare and stain cells for flow cytometry analysis.
Support the interpretation of flow cytometry results under the guidance of research scientists.
Adhere to all GMP, GLP, and biosafety regulations in the lab.
Participate in routine quality control and validation procedures to ensure protocol compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Proven laboratory experience, preferably in a cell therapy or immunology-focused lab.
Hands-on experience in cancer-related laboratory work, including sample preparation, routine assays, cell culture.
Familiarity with GMP protocols and cell culture techniques is highly desirable.
