Technician Process Hall

Location: AlAin / Abu Dhabi

Position Type: Contractual

Main Duties Include:

1. Ensuring that production raw materials are prepared and delivered to the production area.
2. Set-up and operation of complex plant and equipment.
3. Using SAP and MES ERP systems to control and track raw materials and finished goods.
4. Interaction with the equipment and process to ensure the best possible quality for our customers.
5. Troubleshooting issues and working with the team to reduce waste and defects.
6. Maintain high quality output with high first time right ratio.
7. Packaging goods where necessary and taking responsibility for product quality.
8. Consistently meet targets identified for the team under the specific heads i.e. Safety, Quality, FOD.
9. Taking part in regular improvement initiatives.

Adhere to all relevant Safety / HSE procedures, instructions and controls so that SSAM maintains a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible service to customers, the public and its own people.

Quality:

Ensure at all times that product quality is at the highest possible level and that your actions will always benefit our customers.

FOD:

Actively work with the team to eliminate Foreign Object Debris from the production areas and ensure a FOD free product.

Plant based job with location as Al-Ain. Required to work in production areas and where hazardous materials may be present (full PPE is provided).

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Education & Certification Requirements: High School diploma / apprenticeship / relevant on job experience in a similar or related field.
