Technician (Major Home/Kitchen Appliances)

We, MVP Appliances LLC, are looking for an experienced Technician with strong technical expertise in the repair, installation, and maintenance of major kitchen and home appliances and with excellent customer service skills to join our team in the UAE. As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various appliances while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Examine appliances and identify the cause of appliance breakdown.
2. Perform maintenance work on appliances.
3. Provide rough estimates on how much it would cost to repair damaged or malfunctioning appliances.
4. Repair or replace defective or damaged appliance components.
5. Advise customers on how to use appliances correctly.
6. Installation and dismantling of various kitchen and home appliances.
7. Maintain an accurate record of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances.
8. Make invoices to customers and collect payments.

Qualifications

1. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in home/kitchen appliance repair and installation (required).
2. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
3. Strong technical knowledge of major home and kitchen appliances.
4. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent customer service skills to handle client inquiries effectively.
