Technician Electrical

Responsibilities:

1. Perform the assigned jobs as per the risk assessment and comply with the ADNOC HSE Procedures.
2. Perform scheduled predictive, preventative, and proactive maintenance on plant equipment as per approved Procedures / Work Instructions to ensure proper operating conditions of Company’s assets and adherence to international standards.
3. Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on all types of equipment independently with minimal supervision.
4. Report through proper communication channels on the assigned tasks.
5. Perform time writing in SAP for all activities performed.
6. Provide technical feedback in the SAP notification for the job performed.
7. Observe the status of equipment during routine inspection activities for abnormalities and report any defects to the relevant line.
8. Assist/Conduct major/minor repairs on critical equipment shutdowns and maintain a data log of jobs.
9. Propose improvement ideas to enhance HSE, Maintenance program, and Reliability of the equipment.
10. Support commissioning and pre-commissioning activities for new projects.
11. Support plant operation during emergencies, shutdowns, silent hours, and plant start-up.
12. Support and participate in the company On Call system design for handling unplanned shutdowns and process upsets.
13. Operate, repair, and perform functional testing of lifting equipment to the recognized standards.
14. Participate in condition monitoring checks on machinery and notify any malfunctions or defects to the immediate engineer.
15. Conduct new installations, modifications, and testing of equipment through various stages as per plan and in line with technical instructions, ensuring adherence to all parameters before handing over equipment to Operations.
16. Troubleshoot, identify, and isolate faulty components on Rotating and Static equipment using manufacturers’ manuals, drawings, and diagrams.
17. Perform troubleshooting and shutdown maintenance repair and overhaul on all rotating and static equipment.
