Technical Writer

Responsibilities

1. Work with subject matter experts to create and update technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and online help.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate technical information to various audiences.
3. Use excellent presentation design skills to create visually appealing and effective presentations that communicate complex technical concepts.
4. Edit and proofread technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards and style guides.
5. Create and maintain templates, style guides, and other documentation tools to ensure consistency and efficiency in documentation creation.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate feedback on technical documentation.
