Manage training needs analysis to develop new technical training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Assess the return on investment (ROI) of any technical training or development program.
Organize technical workshops, seminars, and conferences on company business.
Review and approve technical training curriculum.
Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
Conduct regular follow-up with directors and managers to determine the effectiveness of training plans and implementation.
Identify the technical training priorities: company strategy.
Follow up and analyze the evaluation of the individual performance plans and ensure compliance with government requirements.
Build networks to find qualified trainers by developing working relationships within institutes or other entities to aid in training programs.
Develop procedures and systems for technical training.
Ensure that training staff maintain an active and organized data bank of training attendance and programs.
Propose new areas of technical training based on business trends.
Study and implement the Human Resources Law training policy to ensure the rules and regulations are adhered to by government authorities.
Plan and execute the technical training calendar.
Develop and manage annual employee training plan implementation for the company.
Evaluate all technical training programs and trainers and prepare necessary reports on the effectiveness of technical training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a recognized university.
