Technical Support Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced technical support supervisor to join our team. The selected candidate will be in charge of managing a technical area's staff and operations, including time scheduling, as well as the maintenance, installation, and commissioning of LFP/WFP equipment. The engineer's work description includes remote support, active sales, and support for maintenance agreements. The work also includes supporting print quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of technical support staff to provide efficient support to clients.
2. Manage the installation, maintenance, and operation of all LFP/WFP printing and post-finishing.
3. Maintain LFP and WFP equipment.
4. Setup and operate LFP/WPP equipment.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed LFP/WFP equipment.
6. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
7. Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve technical skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in technical support, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
3. Proven experience in the digital printing or related industry.
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
6. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
