Job Description

The purpose of this position is to support our development team in some critical stressed projects. This position focuses on providing support to current clients and working on installations for new clients, as well as helping the development team on development tasks on new and existing modules. Candidates must also have a willingness to learn and be part of the drive to expand current Technologies and share ideas for a better stable and scalable solution for the future. Our development department works in a Windows environment, with application development mainly focused on Microsoft SQL Server, C#.NET, Razor Views, MVC, WCF, and AngularJS.

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and support application deployments both on database (MS SQL) level.
2. Work with various clients to provide support.
3. Coding across the full stack - front end Web UI, middle-tier service layer, and back-end database.
4. Work in a cross-functional team setting, collaborating closely with fellow developers, analysts, QA, and stakeholders.
5. Ensure quality through adherence to industry coding standards and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years’ job experience using a variety of front end and back-end technologies required.
2. Experience in supporting and maintaining existing Microsoft SQL server-based applications.
3. Knowledge of C#, MVC, and WCF with .NET Framework 4.5.
4. Knowledge and understanding of the concepts of OOP.
5. Knowledge of relational databases, especially MS SQL.
6. Knowledge of Visual Studio and TFS.
7. Experience with third-party API integration.
8. Experience with IIS/Windows Server 2008+ management.
9. Participate in biweekly sprint cycles using the Agile software development methodology.
10. Excellent communication skills and strong analytic and problem-solving skills are required.
11. Solid time management skills and the ability to multitask for multiple projects and priorities required.
12. Works effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Version control software such as GIT or TFS.
