What You Will Be Doing

  1. AI System Building: Designing and implementing AI-driven systems and monitoring tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  2. Service Configuration and Maintenance: Using AI tools to configure BSS & OSS products, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Technical Support Engineer Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of experience working in the telecommunication industry and familiarity with Radius and Diameter protocols
  2. Professional experience using generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to boost productivity
  3. Proficiency in Linux, Kubernetes, and AWS
  4. The ability to work in any shift assigned to you (we will take your preferences into consideration)

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
