Job description

We are looking for Technical Support Engineers for our team in Dubai with the following specifications:

You will be responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
