Job description

Our client is a multinational engineering company with a key focus in the construction/related industry.

Key accountabilities:

  1. Provide product & technical support to clients, customers, distributors, and dealers
  2. Conduct product training & technical training workshops for customers, distributors, and dealers
  3. Prepare the training calendar and design training materials & modules to facilitate effective training
  4. Be up-to-date with product knowledge to offer the best technical solutions to the customer
  5. Conduct e-Learning training for the regional teams & distributors
  6. Conduct competitor product analysis and data analytics
  7. Oversee product certification processes across the region and update relevant documentation
  8. Manage and update the product range and ensure compliance with regional standards and regulations

Candidate requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree qualifications in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering
  2. Maximum 4 to 6 years of technical training experience within the engineering/construction products/building solutions/HVAC/building materials industry
  3. Experience in designing and delivering training workshops
  4. Experience with after-sales and spare-parts servicing
  5. Fluency in Arabic and English
  6. Flexibility to travel in the region
