Job Objective:

To ensure all Applications run in a manner that meets all agreed Service Levels in line with the planned costs of sustaining and business changes.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Level of Autonomy:
The incumbent will need to be able to work with little supervision. He will maintain a high level of supervision and coordination with the business systems teams.
Key Challenges:
The key challenge is to maintain a strong understanding of how the designated Applications operate within the technical and functional framework, and provide value for money in delivery of the Services.
Prerequisites:
The incumbent is familiar with business systems, security processes and application change cycles. He is well versed in the technologies used in the designated Applications and their security designs.
