Technical Services Manager Pre-Opening

Hiring Technical Services Manager for one of our clients in RAK.

The Technical Services Manager is responsible for setting up and opening a new operation, overseeing the transition of a project from the development team to the operator, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They are responsible for developing detailed plans and timelines for the pre- and post-opening phases, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and setting the stage for ongoing success.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in managing project delivery activities, preferably in the hospitality sector.
2. Strong project management and organizational skills.
3. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of local regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements.
6. Proficiency in using project management and operational systems.
7. 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
8. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Middle East region.
9. Hospitality sector experience is considered preferable.
