Role Description:

This full-time on-site role for technical services engineer for Mimaki large format printers at CMYK Digital Solutions Trading located in Sharjah involves the technical service needs of our clients while providing excellent customer support.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in handling Mimaki large-format printers
• Fluency in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage, prioritize and execute tasks effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in working on Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Expertise in large-format printers and colour management software
• Expertise in Colorgate, Caldera, and Onyx rip software
• Excellent knowledge of ICC profiles and colour calibration
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
