Product Sourcing & Listings – Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-demand industrial products such as pipes, flanges, fittings, valves, turbines, compressors, and pumps.
RFQ Handling & Sales Negotiation – Respond to incoming Request for Quotations (RFQs), providing accurate product details, pricing, and availability to potential buyers.
Lead Generation & Business Development – Identify new opportunities in the oil & gas trading sector to expand the ReflowX network.
Technical Product Knowledge – Understand industry specifications and standards for industrial equipment to effectively communicate with procurement teams and engineers.
Deal Closure & Revenue Growth – Negotiate pricing, manage inquiries, and facilitate transactions through the ReflowX platform.
Market Research & Strategy – Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to enhance sales performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in technical sales, procurement, or trading within the oil & gas, industrial equipment, or energy sector.
Industry Network: Strong connections with suppliers, stockists, and traders of industrial equipment in the UAE & GCC.
Sales & RFQ Management Skills: Proven ability to convert RFQs into transactions and close deals.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with oilfield equipment, pipelines, mechanical components, and industrial spare parts.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong ability to engage suppliers, negotiate deals, and maintain client relationships.
Technical Understanding: Ability to read specifications, drawings, and datasheets related to industrial products.
