Technical Sales Manager - PVC Industry

We have an open role for Position Title - Technical Sales Manager - Plastic Additives for the PVC Industry with a well-established Group in UAE (to cover UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman).

Responsibilities:

1. Elaborating a sales plan for the geographical region of responsibility.
2. Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive needed service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
3. Conducting lab and production trials through in-depth product technical knowledge.
4. Preparing concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
5. Achieving sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including products technical presentations.
6. Collaborating with the procurement team for forecasts and sales orders.

Qualifications:

1. BSc Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Excellent selling skills.
4. Experience of minimum 3 years in sales of specialty chemicals, preferably for the PVC consuming industry in the GCC.
5. Proficient computer skills in MS Office.
6. Proven residency in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam or UAE.
7. Valid driving license of the country of residence.
8. Ability to travel to customer events for production trials.

Compensation:

• Fixed salary + Variable income on sales: 5% of gross margin + Sim Card + Laptop + Car including petrol + One ticket back home per year.
