Job Purpose
Job purpose of this role is to provide technical support and trainings to Motive Power sales force and partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Works in synchronization with the Motive Power Middle East sales and service teams.
- Assists multi-disciplinary analyses and prepares technical reports to support sales team in their material handling projects.
- Responsible for directing the sales force in a right technical manner for battery and systems.
- Responsible for technical trainings of sales and service teams.
- Travels to customer sites (domestic or abroad) to evaluate, diagnose, analyze customer fleet and systems.
- Prepares technical analysis reports before and after value-added projects.
- Develops and conducts training on the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including both team members and customers.
- Performs inspections and analyzes findings to determine source of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective action.
- Follows all company policies and procedures as listed, but not limited to: warranty, safety, environmental.
- Interacts with all levels of people, both inside and outside the company.
- Provides a communication link between the customer and MP Service Units to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years business experience in the technical/sales positions in material handling industry.
- Knowledge of industrial batteries and chargers equipment is necessary.
- Bachelor or master degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience and knowledge of material handling products and market.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent skills for MS Office tools.
- CRM knowledge is a preference.
- Driving License, should be active driver.
- No restrictions for travel both domestic or abroad.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload.
- Able to problem solve and act quickly, work under pressure.
- Ability to be part of a “solutions” oriented team.
- Open for relocation.
