Job Purpose

The job purpose of this role is to provide technical support and training to the Motive Power sales force and partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Works in synchronization with the MP sales, service teams, and distributors in the Middle East.
  2. Assists multi-disciplinary analyses and prepares technical reports to support the sales team in their project designs.
  3. Directs the sales force in a technically sound manner for energy solutions.
  4. Responsible for technical training of sales and technical teams.
  5. Travels to customer sites (domestic or abroad) to evaluate, diagnose, and analyze customer fleet and systems.
  6. Prepares technical analysis reports before and after value-added projects.
  7. Develops and conducts training on the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including both team members and customers.
  8. Performs inspections and analyzes findings to determine the source of problems, recommending repair, replacement, or other corrective actions.
  9. Follows all company policies and procedures as listed, but not limited to: warranty, safety, environmental.
  10. Interacts with all levels of people, both inside and outside the company.
  11. Provides a communication link between the customer and MP Service Units to help ensure effective service is provided to the customer.

Qualifications

  1. Business experience in technical/sales positions.
  2. Knowledge of industrial batteries and power electronic equipment is necessary.
  3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  4. Experience with power electronic equipment and power conversion.
  5. Expertise in battery technologies and applications.
  6. Experience and knowledge of motive power products and market.
  7. CRM and SAP knowledge.
  8. Excellent skills in MS Office.
  9. Driving License (B), should be an active driver.

  1. Excellent communication skills in English.
  2. No military obligation (for male candidates).
  3. No restrictions for travel both domestic or abroad.
  4. Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload.
  5. Willingness to travel.
  6. Able to problem-solve and act quickly, work under pressure.
  7. Ability to be part of a solutions-oriented team.
  8. Open to relocation.
