Technical Sales-IBM Automation & Integration

We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist with expertise in IBM Automation & Integration solutions. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their business challenges, and providing tailored IBM automation and integration solutions. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of IBM products and excellent sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell IBM Automation & Integration solutions, including IBM Cloud Pak, IBM API Connect, IBM MQ, and IBM App Connect.
2. Engage with clients to understand their automation and integration needs.
3. Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions.
4. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions.
5. Stay updated on IBM’s latest automation and integration technologies.
6. Assist in proposal development and respond to RFPs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Familiarity with IBM Automation & Integration products and services, with relevant certifications being highly desirable.
2. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
3. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the capability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles, showcasing strong business development skills.
5. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a significant advantage in a global marketplace.
6. Adeptness at building relationships and networking within industry circles, enhancing IBM's presence and credibility.
