• Position: Technical Sales IBM Automation Portfolio
• Experience: 10 years in software solutions, 4 years in technical sales
• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Industry: IT & Automation Solutions

• Hands-on experience with IBM Cloud Paks
• Strong background in IBM BAW, ODM, FileNet, Datacap for Business Automation
• Expertise in IBM ACE, API Connect, MQ, DataPower, and WebMethods for Integration
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, SOA, Microservices, and Cloud-native architecture
• Familiarity with Kafka or Confluent for stream-based applications
• Ability to build technical proposals & BoQs that drive successful sales

A strategic thinker who understands the technical and business aspects of IBM Automation solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A problem-solver who can effectively relay client needs to sales and technical teams.
