Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:
   Identify and target new business opportunities within the building services sector.
   Achieve Sales Targets set by the line Manager.
   Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients to promote the company's products.
   Provide technical sales support and recommend suitable solutions for various building services applications.
2. Technical Expertise:
   Understand different types of valves.
   Evaluate project specifications to recommend appropriate solutions.
   Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients and consultants.
3. Design & Technical Support:
   Ability to understand AUTOCAD Drawings.
   Assist in the preparation of technical submittals, compliance statements.
4. Project Coordination:
   Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely project delivery.
   Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years in technical sales, preferably in valves for building services.
3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of different types of valves and their applications in building services.
4. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
2. Familiarity with industry standards and building service regulations.
3. Experience working with consultants, contractors, and MEP firms.
4. UAE driving license.
