Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to have meaningful conversations with customers.
• Perform demonstrations & trials for customers wherever required.
• Explain the features and benefits of the products to the customers.
• Work with engineers and technical managers to understand project requirements and recommend the right product as per their application.
• Schedule training sessions for customers and the team whenever necessary.
• Identify new customers and sites regularly.
• Interact and take updates about the progress of prospective sites from customers.
• Provide excellent overall customer service.
• Compile and document reports on customer visits, market visits, and information.
• Timely forecast the right products.
• Address customer issues and concerns within a fixed time frame.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience of 2-4 years in selling industrial products.
• Positive relationship-building skills – cultivate and nurture customer relations.
• Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate, and close business.
• Tactful and smart to handle customer objections and present solutions and options to specify products.
• Energetic and result-oriented.
• Valid UAE driver’s license for manual vehicles.
