The Retail Consultant, together with the Head of Retail, is responsible for managing the existing client base with the objective of growing the business and developing new business segments. The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales objectives in terms of values and is obliged to carry out special projects and tasks from superiors that are essential to the business.
MISSION OF FUNCTION
Develop retail channel to achieve annual sales budget.
Manage and support retail sales partners within the respective regions.
Develop and implement POS strategy in retail partner outlets, including product selection.
Build and maintain retail network.
Key Account Management.
Support marketing teams with campaigns, events, exhibitions, and shows.
Establish, manage, and maintain exhibition modules of Geberit brand and products in retail partners' showrooms according to Geberit standards (CI).
Plan, organize, and execute product and sales-oriented training for retail sales partners and their representatives.
Research market trends, competitor information, and general industry movements and changes.
Use CRM for all sales-related activities (customer data, contact reports, projects, calendar, marketing).
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
High school degree.
Sales and training knowledge/experience.
Sanitary and product knowledge.
Fluent in English; Arabic is beneficial.
2 years of sales experience in retail and industry-related fields is preferable.
