Job description

Responsibilities

  • Actively seeking out new project opportunities through networking, digital platforms, and cold calling.
  • Conduct project market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer inquiries.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, listening and understanding their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections.
  • Deliver physical technical training on project sites, supporting construction teams onsite.
  • Ensure flawless delivery of materials on site and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Create daily reports on CRM and constantly update project funnel and business accounts.
  • Prepare reviews and presentations with sales and financial data.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or events.

Mission of Function

A Technical Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving sales objectives in terms of values and profitability across, but not limited to, the UAE; implementing agreed distribution strategy, identifying business opportunities in their area of responsibility, and cooperating with other departments to further grow our project business.

Education and Qualification

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (5 years working in GCC).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge will be an added value.
  • High School degree; preferably own a Bachelor of Engineering or Business.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Thorough understanding of selling and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passionate about sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
