Working closely with our industry partners, our cross-functional teams of AI experts build products grounded in the cutting-edge research of our colleagues from the Technology Innovation Institute (TII).

Job Description:

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruitment for technical, product, and research roles across the organization. You'll help shape our hiring processes and contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with engineering, product, and research leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
  2. Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  3. Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, events, and partnerships
  4. Design and implement scalable recruiting processes that maintain a high bar while providing an excellent candidate experience
  5. Provide data-driven insights on hiring metrics, pipeline health, and market trends
  6. Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and help them develop effective assessment frameworks
  7. Collaborate with our People Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
  8. Help shape our employer brand and represent our company at recruiting events

Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a track record of closing senior engineering and product roles (mandatory)
  2. Experience recruiting for a high-growth technology company (mandatory)
  3. Combination of both in-house and agency recruitment experience (mandatory)
  4. Deep understanding of technical roles and ability to evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds
  5. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers and understand complex technical requirements
  6. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive recruiting decisions
  7. Excellence in candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing
  8. Experience building diverse and inclusive teams
  9. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related technical domains
  2. Experience with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
  3. Track record of developing innovative sourcing strategies
  4. Experience with university recruiting and research hiring
