Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end implementation of ERP and CRM systems, from requirements gathering, design, and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, IT, operations, and finance teams, to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Technical Oversight: Ensure seamless integration between ERP/CRM systems and other platforms (e.g., payment gateways, fraud detection systems, digital banking tools) within the FinTech ecosystem.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage resources, and monitor performance to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that ERP/CRM systems adhere to financial industry regulations such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, AML, and PSD2. Monitor data privacy and security requirements and implement necessary safeguards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in ERP/CRM implementation and management, with at least 2+ years in the FinTech industry.
PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
Experience with FinTech-specific platforms such as digital banking, payment gateways, or blockchain is a plus.
Familiarity with financial regulations (e.g., PSD2, GDPR, AML) and ensuring system compliance.
Strong command of SQL, API integration, and experience with cloud-based ERP/CRM platforms is preferred.
