Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team on an exciting FinTech integration project for a prominent client based in Dubai.
Our team composition: a Project Manager, a Systems Analyst, a MuleSoft Architect, 4 MuleSoft Developers, two QA Testers, and a DevOps Engineer.

Responsibilities:

1. Define, maintain and execute project scope as per aligned project plan and budget.
2. Manage teams of technology professionals to ensure overall project success.
3. Perform stakeholder management and execute customer-oriented, but also expertise-driven communication strategy.
4. Execute project delivery leveraging benefits of Agile and/or Hybrid Agile methodologies.
5. Drive Agile rituals to an extent of what makes sense and brings value to the team.
6. Together with the technical lead, ensure proper task management, distribution, and delivery.
7. Properly identify and manage project risks, opportunities, and priorities.
8. Perform reporting on projects being executed (brief report to VP Delivery).
9. Perform delivery as per the pre-defined SDLC of the customer.
10. Steer and contribute to the documentation being delivered (Solution Design, Technical Design etc.)
11. Steer and oversee release schedule, scope, and completeness, coordinate efforts of DevOps effort stream.
12. Contribute to change management both on the project and within Leadex Systems organization.
13. Be a shield for the team and a trusted advisor for the customer.
14. Be ready to contribute to requirements gathering and refinement, will this be required.
15. Navigate your team through the project and coach them on the go.
16. Perform regular 1:1s with your team members to help them succeed in the project and in their career.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience in team management and project management.
2. Excellent knowledge and experience in Agile and Hybrid Agile delivery methodologies.
3. Strong technical background: (your stakeholders are CIOs speaking code and APIs from time to time).
4. Strong system analysis/business analysis skills (when starting with a small team, tech PM position sometimes includes a bit of BA responsibilities).
5. Jira + Confluence power user.
6. Experience in preparing technical documentation for enterprise-level customers.
7. Strong understanding of enterprise SDLC and release management best practices.
