Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Technical Manager to join our team and lead a subsea offshore project. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in subsea engineering and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all technical aspects of the subsea offshore project, including design, engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
4. Lead a multidisciplinary project team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project success.
5. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
6. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in subsea engineering and project management, with a focus on offshore projects.
3. Strong technical knowledge of subsea systems, equipment, and technologies.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
7. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.
