Technical Program Manager

Nice to Have:

1. 24 years of experience in the energy efficiency or related industries
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Must Have:

1. 57 years of software integration project experience at a technology company with at least 2 of those years at a SaaS company
2. Written and verbal fluency in both English and Arabic
3. At least 3 years of recent experience working with and managing cross-cultural teams in a global organization
4. At least 3 years of experience working in a prestigious systems integration consulting firm and/or have experience at a fast-paced startup
5. At least 2 years of recent experience being the primary owner of the customer relationship during customer onboarding and managing escalations
6. At least 2 years being the primary technical lead for a SaaS or software implementation
7. Track record of success delivering complex cross-functional projects with large high-touch enterprise customers with ARR of $500k-$1M
