Overview of the role:
As a Technical Product Support specialist within the Commercial Vehicles division, you will play a vital role in providing data-driven insights, technical support, and supply chain coordination for Toyota Material Handling (TMH), Heavy Material Handling (HMH), and Light Material Handling (LMH) product lines. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Product Manager, you’ll ensure smooth operations, effective stock management, and performance reporting aligned with business goals.

What you will do:

1. Conduct in-depth data analysis (sales, demand, inventory) to define market-relevant product specifications.
2. Identify root causes of product and supply chain issues, proposing actionable solutions.
3. Generate performance reports on inventory health, sales performance, and shipment tracking.
4. Support SAP enhancement initiatives related to product and supply chain operations.
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support demand planning and optimize inventory.
6. Lead initiatives to improve supply chain processes and align with industry best practices.
7. Monitor aging stock, demand trends, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Required skills to be successful:

1. Technical product knowledge and analytical mindset.
2. Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
3. Advanced Excel and Office suite proficiency.
4. Experience in SAP IS Auto.
5. Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

What equips you for the role:

1. A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, product support, or technical operations.
3. Exposure to ISO-certified environments is a plus.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
5. Strategic mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
