Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the sales target in the assigned product lines.
  • Maintain proper contact and relationship management with principal companies and representatives to ensure effective interactions and field visits.
  • Frequent visits and coverage of all potential to existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business from accounts.
  • Manage relationships with key customer accounts and influencers to increase market share.
  • Efficient execution and delivery of purchase orders to meet customer expectations, ensuring proper ordering and configuration.
  • Provide monthly feedback on required product stock and monitor expiries to maintain proper inventory.
  • Maximize the use of all available sales tools like demo units, PowerPoint presentations, samples, product data sheets, and formal workshops.
  • Respond timely and accurately to all quotation requests and tenders to secure business. Communicate with customers to follow up on payments and support the collection process as needed.
  • Actively participate in the business development process, continuously reviewing end-user prices and cost prices based on market dynamics and trends.
  • Responsible for new accounts and the introduction and implementation of new products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Health & Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in surgical instruments or electrosurgical machines & accessories in the UAE.
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to absorb technical, clinical, and product knowledge and disseminate it effectively to healthcare professionals at all levels.
  • Consistently positive attitude towards the role, teamwork, and upholding the corporate image with customers.
  • Skills: Listening, Negotiation, Cross-Selling, Analytical Ability, Leadership, Service Orientation, Interpersonal Skills, Self-Management, Time Management, Valid Driving License.

Understanding customer needs, product recommendations, and providing customer support.

Supporting the sales team, conducting presentations and demonstrations, and collaborating with marketing teams.
4. Technical Skills (if applicable):
Technical understanding, troubleshooting, and assisting in documentation creation.
