As a Technical Product Owner (Emiratization), you are the bridge between the engineering teams and your stakeholders. You will help to define the vision of the products we create; drive the planning, prioritisation and execution of backlogs and deliver new features that support our strategic goals. You will join us as a Technical Product Owner in our Innovation - Robotics & Tech Futures team.
What You’ll Do
Maximize product value and the work of the development teams within our innovation -Robotics and Tech Futures team.
Work with Technical Product Manager and Developers in our RPA Centre of Excellence, using bots to evangelize RPA solutions and create a community of RPA end-users
Continually improve these methods and processes as well as work with various groups within Emirates and dnata and drive new features and improve existing applications and as a TPO with working knowledge and experience in an agile team environment, you will develop stories and establish backlog priorities, whilst introducing new solutions.
Work with the Product Manager/Principal Developer and business unit SMEs to elicit business requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Assist the RPA developers in clarifying requirements and helping them to understand the business side.
Work with the senior RPA developer and Agile Delivery Lead to set realistic expectations for delivery timelines, mitigate impediments and risks, and ensure timely and quality delivery of RPA solutions.
Continuously work on RPA/BPM backlog refinement and adjust the priorities accordingly.
Receive product demonstrations from the RPA developers and accept user stories as done.

Qualifications & Experience
What you will bring:
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
5+ years’ experience in product ownership/management in a ‘team facing’ capacity, though less experience may be considered
Whilst not essential, some experience of working within an agile environment, across multiple initiatives and teams
Appetite for building and identifying value, with a customer centric mind-set.
Well-versed with the tools for the Product Management aspects of software delivery
Possess strong communication skills and be able to enthusiastically convey your Product Vision to stakeholders and effectively influence a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.
A positive attitude and an ability to drive discernible change and delivery, at pace, in a pressurised environment
Build strong relationships with peers and team members
