The Role We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Technical Product Manager to join our fast-growing fashion tech company in Dubai. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring that our products not only meet market demands but also exceed customer expectations. As a Technical Product Manager, you will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in both technology and fashion will help us innovate and elevate our offerings in the competitive fashion tech landscape.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to set clear IT and production priorities, goals, and timelines.
Manage technology budgets and oversee data security and management.
Maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and technology partners.
Allocate IT resources effectively, setting goals/KPIs and monitoring performance.
Ensure technical excellence in product solutions and manage technical delivery.
Develop and implement disaster recovery and IT security plans.
Make strategic technology decisions to support business objectives.
Represent the company’s technical endeavors externally.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technical environment, preferably within the fashion tech industry.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for different audiences.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across various teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for fashion technology and innovation with a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
