Support the team in identifying, analyzing & addressing the largest points of friction in our standalone Order Platform and Vendor Availability domains.
Be co-accountable for the impact (value), roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of your teams.
Facilitate and enable successful adoption and integration of solutions delivered.
Define and track key success metrics of your products to track & improve their adoption.
Cultivate stakeholder relations (business stakeholders & other talabat tech teams).
Effectively communicate across all organizational levels to facilitate alignment on the overall product direction.
What you need to be successful:
2+ years of platform product management experience.
2-3 years of software engineering experience and great understanding of the full SDLC with demonstrated experience understanding the challenges of engineering & designing solutions that solve their actual problems.
Great at analyzing frictions & selecting small-batch opportunities that delivered the desired impact (balancing discovery & implementation).
Experienced in applying a data-informed approach to decision-making.
Comfortable operating within multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment (shortening feedback loops).
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity.
