Technical Application Support: Provide support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Application implementation, roll-out, and system maintenance from a technical perspective.
Integration Management: Manage and support all OIC integrations, VBCS, PCS, and App Composer deployed across core Finance and HCM modules.
Custom Solutions: Oversee and maintain existing custom solutions and processes built on PaaS.
Support HCM Teams: Assist HCM Functional teams with HDL, HSDL Loaders, and HCM Extracts.
API Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in WSDL, REST, and SOAP APIs across all Fusion modules.
Reporting: Develop and manage BI Reports, OTBI reports, dashboards, and write data extraction queries using SQL.
Business Transformation: Engage in technology and business transformation initiatives across Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resources domains.
Apex Development: Apply basic knowledge of Apex development processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with core team members and functional business owners/support managers.
Updates and Testing: Review Oracle Fusion quarterly technical updates, map them to business needs, and test/validate cross-functional changes.
Oracle Support: Collaborate with the Oracle support team to address application bugs and enhancements.
ITIL Adherence: Adhere to ITIL service management processes, including change management, incident management, and problem management.
ERP Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise and cutting-edge thinking on trends, methodologies, tools, and techniques beneficial to ERP activities.
Global Design Alignment: Ensure ERP design and configuration work align with global design architecture and detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.
Qualifications
8+ years of Oracle experience with a minimum of 4 years of Oracle Fusion experience.
