Technical Maintenance Manager - Arabic Speaker

JOB SUMMARY: Main key contact for technical clarification in maintenance and responsible for all technical communication. Involved in the development of technical skills of the maintenance team. Arrange for resources and help in solving technical problems as needed. Evaluates technical capabilities of maintenance field teams. Provides technical expertise and helps in developing our field team technical skillsets.

KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

1. Ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies, and documentation requirements across maintenance duration.
2. Guide the team through troubleshooting, testing, and implementation stages, and review the completed work effectively.
3. Provide direction and technical expertise in design development and systems integration where required.
4. Make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for maintenance implementation.
5. Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning, and manage software and hardware availability.
6. Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.
7. Conduct regular site visits under AMC to ensure the system in place is running smoothly.
8. Check the regular routine for Preventative Maintenance and the technical scope of work.
9. Conduct internal quality inspections for maintenance activities.
10. Conduct technical site surveys for maintenance requests.
11. Prepare technical guidelines for the maintenance team.
12. Conduct technical performance evaluations of team members every quarter.
13. Maintain control of the overall technical performance of the team.
14. Develop and maintain a remote maintenance program.
15. Ensure the efficiency of the maintenance teams.
16. Oversee the technical handover to maintenance teams.
17. Evaluate tender technical specifications.
18. Attend and build Client and Vendor relationships.

Requirements

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly technical.

EDUCATION

Bachelor of Engineering or IT as minimum.

WORK EXPERIENCE

8-10 years of experience in project management in security services companies. Must have extensive knowledge of UAE.
