Founded by the consolidation of historic retail Co-operatives of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Al Dhafra and Delma. Also under the group is Makani, the Real Estate company focusing on development and managing regional and community malls. Listed on ADX in December 2024 but still with majority Emirati family shareholding.

The portfolio presently consists of 120+ retail stores and 12 Shopping centres.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced D365 Retail Commerce Technical Consultant/ senior developer (5-8 years of exp) to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (formerly known as Dynamics 365 Retail) solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in D365 Commerce, Retail, POS, and ERP integrations, with a proven track record in designing, configuring, and deploying retail solutions for omnichannel businesses.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (D365 Retail).
2. Strong expertise and programming skills in D365 commerce architecture, POS (MPOS, CPOS), eCommerce, and Retail operations.
3. Hands-on experience with Retail SDK, Commerce Scale Unit, and Store Commerce App.
4. Knowledge of Retail Headquarters, Pricing, Discounts, and Loyalty Management.
5. Experience with integration tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and third-party connectors.
6. Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools for retail analytics.
7. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
