Description:
- Lead Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) implementation, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Provide functional consultancy in enterprise projects implementation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM platform.
- Actively involve in reviewing business processes, re-engineering the processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful CRM implementation.
