Technical Lead

The role is expected to be key within our Building Services Business Group - serving as an MEP technical lead, assisting the Business Group Leader in managing the team's operations, deliverables, and business development.

We also expect the successful candidate to be involved in:

1. Management of client relationships and representing GHD externally.
2. Project and design management of selected projects, which will require coordinating with internal disciplines and sub consultants.
3. Client presentations, requiring strong communication skills in addition to a solid technical background.
4. Leading bids and proposals.
5. The project technical control and ensuring that all designs are technically sound and meet client briefs.
6. Leading the design coordination element between MEP and other disciplines.
