Technical Integration Manager

We've partnered with a government entity in Abu Dhabi to help for a large scale transformation project they've embarked on. They need to hire an Integration Manager to manage the technical integration stream of a key digital transformation project.

About the role:

You'll ensure the timely and effective delivery of integration tasks by third-party vendors while serving as the main contact for client interactions. You'll work on solutions that drive efficiency and reliability in a critical government project.

1. Oversee the technical integration stream of a large-scale transformation program.
2. Leverage technologies such as APIs, ETL, and webmethods.io.
3. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and quality integration work.
4. Act as the primary contact for client communication on integration matters.
5. Work with Azure cloud platforms and various databases.
6. Test, troubleshoot, and optimize integration solutions.
7. Lead integration initiatives in government projects, especially in the GCC region.

About you:

1. 10+ years in integration and project management.
2. Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
3. TOGAF certification or equivalent preferred.
4. Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
5. Experience managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
