Technical Director - Process Automation

Hunter-Davies is actively searching for an experienced Technical Director with expertise in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process Automation products to be located in Dubai, UAE. We're seeking a Technical Director to lead a high-performing team in delivering innovative solutions on an international scale across the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives of the Position:

1. Lead and supervise engineers and technologists in developing engineered Oil & Gas Instrumentation, Controls & Electronic packages.
2. Manage multiple projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality.
3. Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
4. Collaborate with global teams and build strong client relationships.

Experience & Education to be Successful:

1. Technical Diploma or Engineering Degree (PEng preferred).
2. At least 8-10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry focused on Process Automation, Instrumentation products, Electronics or Control Engineering.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Oil & Gas industry experience is a bonus.
