Technical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. AutoCAD: Ability to modify architectural & MEP layouts accurately.
2. SketchUp or 3Ds Max: Comfortable creating 3D models with accurate materials and dimensions.
3. MEP Understanding: Basic knowledge of power, lighting, ventilation, and minor plumbing layouts.
4. Advanced Excel: Experience in BOQ preparation, supplier documentation, and price tracking.
5. Presentation & Documentation: Ability to prepare project reports and design documentation.
6. Detail-Oriented: Ensures technical accuracy in layouts and BOQs.
7. Strong Research Skills: Can find and suggest real-world furniture and decor that fit within design constraints.
8. Problem-Solving Ability: Able to adjust designs based on site conditions or unexpected project needs.
9. Team Collaboration: Works closely with PMs, suppliers, engineers, and site teams.
10. Communication: Can explain design choices and revisions to PM team and clients.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting, interior layout design, or technical coordination.

Work Environment: 80% office-based and 20% site-based, requiring a mix of technical precision, design collaboration, and site assessment skills.
